CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation made before 30 days from the departure date is fully refundable minus the credit card charge fee (approximately 3%). To obtain a refund, please contact the Kuixe office directly and have your reservation confirmation information ready.

Cancellations made within 30 and 15 days before departure date will only allow 50% of the total reservation to be refunded. There are no exceptions.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date are not refundable. The customer will receive a voucher for 40% of their reservation that can be used towards any future reservation. There are no exceptions. No voucher will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date and time.

CHANGES

Changes made before 30 days from the departure date can be done with a simple price adjustment charge or refund for a price difference that may be incurred/owed.

Changes made within 30 and 15 days before departure date will incur a 30% additional charge as well as any price difference incurred.

Changes made within 15 days of the departure date will incur a 50% additional charge as well as any price difference incurred.

No Changes are allowed within 24 hours of the departure date and time.
