The Kuixe experience understands the obligations it has towards fulfilling the expectations of the customers attending the tours. Unfortunately, these tours involve many factors that are variable and outside of the control of the Kuixe team. Amongst these are seasonal/weather limitations, other unforeseen disasters, government imposed restrictions, and concerns about safety.

By agreeing to participate in a Kuixe adventure tour, the customer acknowledges such limitations and thus that all content in the tour design is tentative - although Kuixe will do its best to make the trip wholesome and fulfilling. Thus, the Kuixe guides, without anticipated notice may alter the tour path and destination to ensure a safe and smooth adventure. Kuixe has the freedom to do this in the best interest of the customer group, as to the criteria of the Kuixe guides and/or management.

Our guides are knowledgeable and experienced and will do their best to keep its customers informed of any unexpected changes.

Kuixe only provides insurance for the riders of the tour bus while it is in operation. Additional traveler’s insurance is the responsibility of each individual customer to obtain. Contact the Kuixe office if you need assistance in the matter.

By agreeing to participate in the trip, the client acknowledges that the trip schedule will not be modified due to any inconvenience caused by a group member. If there are unforeseen changes to a client’s trip itinerary which may cause a client to miss the Kuixe adventure departure, it will be the client’s responsibility to catch up to the trip by whatever means possible. Kuixe is here to assist and please do contact us and we will do what we can, within our means, to help mend such a situation.

Additionally, if during the trip, a group member does not show up to the designated meeting spots at the designated time, the tour guides will only have minimal time to wait/search for the absent group members. The tour will proceed as scheduled. If the matter is serious, the Kuixe office will do what is necessary to contact the missing group member and/or the relevant authorities.

If you are arrested due to misconduct, the Kuixe team will not liaison with the authorities on your part and you forfeit your payment and rights to the trip.

The Kuixe team will do its best to clear up any misunderstanding where there are any but will not attest to a group members innocence in the face of incriminating evidence.

The Kuixe experience reserves the right to cancel the trip for whatever reason it deems fit. A full refund will be given to the customer in such circumstance. The Kuixe experience is not responsible for any other expenditures made for the trip by the customer. No refund will be given for any other reservations made, flight or otherwise.

The customer acknowledges that they have read the Changes and Cancelation policy and understand the penalties associated with these.
