La Huasteca, “Mexico’s hidden treasure”, is a tropical paradise embedded in the Eastern Madre Sierras of Mexico. This isolated nirvana displays abundance due to what seems to be a limitless amount of freshwater expelled from the earth, as well the endless flora that envelopes the horizon and the incredible diversity of fauna that reside in this Eden. Late spring is mango season, so if the gods are in our favor, ripe and juicy mangos will fall from the sky!
